What Are Quilters Blogging About Today?

My attempt at designing modern quilts … and the one above works for me.

Don’t now if the second design above fits the modern criteria or not, but I love it!

I think I would call this a modern quilt design.

I have just watched a video about the conflict between traditional and modern quilters. I saw modern quilts which would look great on a wall, but would not look great on a bed, while most traditional quilts would look great on a bed where they keep people warm. Overall I am attracted to any quilted item with good use of colour and contrast, and some I would like on a wall, others on a bed.
